This is Tom Sellers – the convention-breaking, two-Michelin starred chef.
Hailing from Nottingham, Tom Sellers is a two Michelin-starred Chef who opened his first restaurant, Restaurant Story, at 26. At launch, Tom’s unique approach garnered significant critical acclaim, and the ten-table Bermondsey restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star just five months after opening, with a second following in 2021. Tom has a unique ability to break convention and merge fine dining with forward thinking.
Ollie’s journey into the kitchen began with a slice of luck, landing a role at a Michelin-starred restaurant in South London. It was there that he discovered his love for cooking, seasonal produce and the joy of eating well, spending his time experimenting with ideas both in and out of the kitchen. Since then, Ollie has trained in a number of one, two and three Michelin-star kitchens around the world, gaining experience in London, France and Hong Kong before finding his place at Story Cellar as Head Chef in December of 2025.
Kevin joined as Restaurant Manager in 2024. The epitome of genuine hospitality with a great eye for detail, he previously headed up St. Pancras by Searcy’s brasserie, champagne bar and private dining with a significant tenure of almost ten years. Prior to this he worked at The Bleeding Heart, having completed his education at catering school in Lyon.
Having grown up in a big family in India, where food and hospitality came very naturally, Guneev was quite sure early on of pursuing a career within restaurants, moving to London in 2019 to study at Le Cordon Bleu. Fast forward to 2024 and one day while walking through Seven Dials, the Cellar rotisserie caught her eye and an immediate interest in working with us was sparked. As Assistant Restaurant Manager Guneev loves the creativity of the team, coupled with the logistics of delivery, the pressure of service and the reward of happy guests.
