Native Portuguese Rita joined Restaurant Story straight from culinary school. After 3 years with us, she took some time out to gain experience and knowledge travelling the world. Rita rejoined the family in 2024 as the Sous Chef at Story Cellar. She works tirelessly with our producers to bring the finest ingredients to our kitchen.
